The answer is yes! Business transactions are important and you have to be man enough not to frustrate the person you transacted with. It will be unethical and disastrous failing the person or businessman. You might have agreed on what to transact about in your business and his having the same contents of your business operations. Both of you agreed on a recorded exchange of products, services, or cash flow or non-commercial reasons. And we all understand the meaning of the word transaction therefore it must be made legal and agreed upon by both parties. One primary reason for a business transaction is the significant effect of your abstract perspective, that is to attain business goals.

As a business owner, you have to transact only with a trusted business man or else that person will double -cross you, Better do a background check first on the credibility of the business man to avoid future regrets or problems. It is also good to have an act like this to get each other's ideas on business attainment of goals. What can you say?

Business transactions are very important for the smooth running of the business.
Yes, you're so right. The effect of a business transaction may bring better sales and increase productivity and customers will multiply. It's good to transact business to gain good profit, and change some plans that are of no use.

Of course, all business transactions, whether they involve financial matters or not or just business agreements, need to be recorded and stored properly because if there is a problem, these documents will be needed and very important.

@Suba, that is correct, whatever transaction is made recording is necessary for future reference. It would serve as a document and must not be abused. If something is distorted, the reference will be from what had been transpired during the business transactions.

Business in itself involves transactions. Business is only when committment between 2 bodies happen. The 2 bodies are the business and its customers. Their relationships always involved financial transactions.

Business transactions are very important both internal and internal transactions must be maintained properly. Business transactions are also a form of transparency to reflect that financial statements have been made in accordance with generally accepted rules (GAAP).

We do need the business transactions. They needed to be documented and will serve as the financial records. It is how we will know if the company is gaining profit or not.

Some business transactions are very simple, such as cash purchases, and some are complex, such as long-term service contracts. We must also be able to separate business transactions that will affect finance, human resources, operational management etc. There are non-business transactions, for example giving donations. So any type of business transaction must be properly recorded and stored.

Business transactions are so important. They serve as the basis for business growth. They must also be discussed well before the final go to make sure they're beneficial to the buying public and to the entire business workers.

I think the business transactions are very important. They can show you how the sales of the business goes, They can also serve as a proof that sales of business purposes were done. They assist in the book keeping.

Business transactions are relevant to one's business owner. He could see through his very own eyes the flow of his business transactions gaining or failing. It's best to transact his customers the best products for them to satisfy.

I don't know if you're talking about keeping a business transaction records because you're mixing up a lot of things together. I don't even understand where doing background check came into this set?

There is no business without transactions. The transactions it self is the business. Therefore having business transactions is extremely important for every business owner and as business owners we should learn how to handle our customers.
