Customers are always right is an old school thought. In the old times businesses would create products that consumer need and like. However, these days businesses create products and make the customers believe that they should have these products otherwise they will be missing a lot of things in their life. Businesses strive by installing FOMO in consumers. The marketing strategies are based on FOMO strategy.What do you think?

What do you think about the customers who have unreasonable expectations, for instance higher quality products for a cheap price? Then there are people who are never satisfied no matter what you do?

Consumers are not always right. They may have unreasonable expectations or requests. In such case, explain to them with patience. There's no need to argue with them. Always treat your customers with respect and in a professional manner.

The consumer could be right sometimes. This depends a lot on the demand of consumer. The businesses must align themselves with the demand of the consumer and this is something that many businesses struggle with.

The customer is always right is an opinion that shouldn't be valid again, both business owners and customers should make a good compromise, so that a fair agreement is reached between the both.

It's an old school thought and sometimes it ruin a business and ignite many big querral. Let's suppose customer says your products are illegal and not good and we say, yes you are right then we start attracting a big problem.
