The concepts of motivation and satisfaction are different. Motivation is the desire to perform, whereas pleasure is a person's attitude or sense of contentment with the circumstance. There are distinct standards for measuring motivation than for figuring out whether someone is happy in their employment.

As an employer of labor you should place much emphasis on how to motivate your workers in order to achieve better result. Don't bother yourself on how to make them satisfied because generally, we human beings are insatiable. No matter how you try they would still be demanding. Just clear your conscience that you have try.
Though they are not equally related but they are related to work non the less. A worker needs to be motivated in other to be able to provide satisfaction for the customers, hence no motivation, there would be no satisfaction.
Satisfaction and motivation are clearly related industries. Satisfaction is a measure of the level of satisfaction a person has with their work. Motivation is a measure of the level of motivation to work hard and be a good employee.
