There is no reason to be aware since the site shows some seriousness.

Other than a testing website, I am not aware of any other website paying in indian rupees, though there many some apps available. I have some very powerful enemies in India so they harass anyone in India who will pay me for work, and ensure that I do not get paid in future. So I do not look for websites paying in indian rupees.

I have not seen. Most sites that target users worldwide can not use rupees to pay Indians because it will seem unfair except they are using it generally for everybody.

The rupees are for indian users and other manners for users outside india this is to resume everything so it is remaining possible.

I am not from India, so I am not aware of such sites but I guess if you use paypal payment, your payment will be directly sent to your bank, paypal in India does not hold payment

It is practice on several countries using paypal it is not limited to india only, but the majority of them have paypal unsupported in their countries, depends on legal agreement between paypal and the country.

In some countries paypal is not available and in some countries paypal has limited functionality. For instance, in my home country, you can send money via paypal but cannot receive money via paypal.

It is the case of several countries you can only send paypal payments and accross a debit card but you cannot receive except a refund to your card.
