Are you comfortable receiving compliments at work?

I believe that workers would feel great when receiving compliments at work. Even a simple gesture can uplift the spirits of the workers. I always feel great when I am complimented for the great work that I have done at work. There is no problem if I also receive constructive criticism from the top management or colleagues. It is a way for me to learn something and improve certain things.

Personally speaking, I am not into reward system. I am fine when the top management acknowledge my good jobs while working with them. A simple compliment from them is enough to feel motivated.

We cannot avoid that some colleagues will think differently. As for me, I do not mind whatever they think about me despite receiving compliments for the great accomplishments in the company.
