Are you comfortable working low profile job?

When the desirable is not available, the available become desirable. It is absolutely okay, when I don't have the desired job, I can stoop to conquer.
Well no way out when you have no other options. So you have to manage with what you can.

That's correct but not everyone likes to work on them so they stay unemployed till the time they find a suitable job
I used to work in a big company, i got master degree in communication science, after my dad passed away, i moved back to my hometown and leaving a big city and started from zero again. I try to apply in many company here but they said "they cant give me big salary like i used to" and turn out i started my own business (small one, and now its my 3rd years running my own business)
Back to your question, i dont mind at all if i have to started again from zero, as long as i can feed my family, thats all that matter. I dont care what people said about me.
Taking a low end job will adversely affect the resume and career prospects of a well qualified person, so it is not advisable to take up a low end job, especially if the person does not face a financial crisis. A person who has the qualifications for the low end job and requires money should take it.
That's the whole idea if you don't see the high paying ones then do the little ones and still have money
Even the freshers like to earn in five digits salaries which is not possible in our country where even the experienced people get low salaries.
Good to know you are working in University, but that is government or private?
