For me personally it's not a problem they will borrow money, but our business ideas will be copied, and many of them ask for study or internships so our business secrets will be spread and easily used by other people.

The problem is that the money they borrow will never come back, they always have reasons not to pay. I hate this stuff. I'm the one who struggles to get money, they only know what's good and just ask for money or borrow without wanting to pay.
