I know there are many that are good at English writing and understanding but not at speaking.

Yes I'm good sometimes I remember when I spoke English with my sister so our parents would not understand what we saying

I am good but sometimes I feel less confident to speak LOL

Yes I can speak very good but I wish I would learn more new words because sometimes I do not understand

English is not my first language. Since I've worked for multinational corporations, and my boss and some of the co-workers are foreigners, we had to communicate in English. I would say I can speak fluent English though not perfect.

I am quite excellent in written and spoken English. This is the language that I speak right from birth. I am good at it.

As it's not being our native language so I cannot speak English fluently but still I can speak in English well.

I have average English speaking skill. I can writer better than I can speak English. I don't use English language for everyday conversation

I think we can always improve and it's good to improve and keep adding more words to our vocabulary and should learn English newspaper to learn more of it and should practice more

I am humbly going to say that I am good at speaking the English language.

Yes, through practice one can improve it. Once you know the basic sentence making in any language then you only require practice.
