Are you guided by global panic when withdrawing invested funds?

Many people when they invest funds have a clear plan when it is necessary to withdraw profits and investments, but the market is unpredictable and some event can happen that causes a panic and all prices begin to fall. Are you guided by this. situation in order to quickly withdraw invested funds or are you just waiting for the situation to stabilize?

I do not take a cue from the global panic with it comes to withdrawing my investment, however, sometimes my investment decisions are based on market movements and market sentiments.

For me when l have decided investing, l would have made my mind and got prepared for all the possible risks that may come on my way and therefore would wait till the maturity no matter what.
