Are you open to digital detox?

I, myself cannot indulge with this idea. The primary reason is that it is my source of income to use modern gadgets, the Internet, and so on. It is impossible for me to cut all the usage of these things for a long period of time.

This is my first time of hearing such word combination. Digital detox is quite necessary but I don't think I can survive without my hone for 20 minutes. Digital detox should wait.

Digital Detox? I'd rather have a social media detox. When I want to avoid negativity, I usually deactivate my social media accounts, especially Facebook.

I don't think I need digital detox. I just use the basic technologies such as internet and join some social media accounts, communicating with my friends. Other than that, I work offline most of the time, and I read books, play musical instruments.

I am making very less money online at present, so if I have very urgent work, I do not use my computer at all, and reduce mobile phone usage.

This is actually a great idea for our health but I can't do this right now. I still have so many work I need to sort out.

I work online, I use internet connected devices for 10-12 hours every day. I cannot go for digital detox because I generate my income by working online.
