Are you really being afraid of failing?

In most circumstances, most people are nowadays very afraid of doing any activities for the fear of failing. What do you have to say?

Some people feel failing is really bad but that is a lie. We are born to either succeed or fail so when we fail, we should not make it affect us too much

Yes I used to fear failing, to be honest even now I am still scared of failing, but I have come to understand that failure is part of the learning process and our fear is just a way we use in holding ourselves back.

It is our mindsets that has made us believe that if we fail, we are not competent. But failure is actually a process that can help a person build that competence. I have failed many times and I am not scared of failure any longer.
