If the romance doesn't in anyway hinder or slows down the smooth running of the business,then there's no need worrying yourself about it, but if it hinders it, then the workers need to be separated from each other as soon as possible

It can easily lead to bad blood between employees and management. You know how emotions work. Now you give the guy a task to complete, the girl is pained because she is involved with the guy. You now would be having two disgruntled staff to manage instead of one.

On the other hand, in a situation where the law does not permit staff dating, i believe the same law should also state the punishment as well.
