Contentment is the ability to be happy and satisfied with what one has. A contented worker does not look for loopholes in order to quickly enrich himself. The below attributes are common to contented workers -
1. Satisfaction. He's satisfied in every condition he found himself. He doesn't wish to be another person.
2. Envy. A concented worker is not an egocentric and selfish. He's not an envious person. He's satisfied with what he has.
3. Hatred for corruption. He doesn't constitute himself into an action that would lead him to corrupt. He hates corruption. He doesn't forge documents to his own advantages.

I also believe that another good attribute of a worker who is contented is not being interested in working overtime in order to get paid more.

You're right, almost everyone who does a job is not contented. Being contented means that the person does not want to grow again in their career.
