Do you think companies lose customers due to bad customer service at outsourced call centers?

I know for sure that it does happen. My family alone has had bad experiences with outsourced call centers, causing issues with being able to solve a problem with whatever the product or service was about.

I do think so.Bad customer service is one of the factors why clients would not stay. That is why customer service personnel should be trained and know to handle irate customers or clients.

Sure, when the customer care service put in place Is below par in their services ofcourse there's bound to be issues for the customers that will make them quit the business

Poor customer service definitely leads to loss of customers. I don't buy from companies which offer poor service. Good customer service on the other hand helps to keep loyal customers and can build a good reputation for the business.

Your product or service can be bad and people will still patronize you, but once they are treated badly, that's when they will start leaving. No one likes being treated badly.

Whenever the customer service is very poor there is always a chance that the customers will never go back to that business which is a loss for the company and this is why before you hire someone to work as a customer representative, you have to study how effective that person is on the job.

Not just on calls, even during face to face encounters, as a business owner you can easily loose customers if proper customers services is not given out to your customers or when you are unable to properly offer a satisfactory solution to their problem.

I think that has been the most reason as to why most businesses loose customers and clients due to a bad reputation that unsatisfied customers left in social media networks.

I went to a bank and found out that their customer care People are very rude. I just made up my mind to close that account and I did. I can't be banking in a place where customer service can't help customers.

If I don't find your customer support service encouraging, I wouid never patronize your business. You must find a way to listen to my concerns and help me because I pay for your products.
