Bad Experience Online Shopping

Nowadays it's very easy for all of us to shop online, there are many online stores, eCommerce and marketplaces that are scattered outside of me, payment methods are very easy, we can choose to use m-banking, COD or PayLater. However, as buyers, we certainly have had bad experiences when shopping online. Some time ago I shopped for Vit C for about $ 15 at a store on the Lazada marketplace, but after the item was received and opened it turned out that it was not the Vit C that I ordered but a rubber glove for medical staff which cost only around $ 3. But because I was busy so I didn't have time to complain and return the item. How was your bad experience shopping online?

I also have bad experiences buying online. I bought my aunt a hearing aid worth 1900 pesos though fake but it's just to be used temporarily but when it was delivered and opened it, it was not a hearing aid but a very cheap power bank still from Lazada. Lazada sells garbage.

The worst experience when I was deceived by the seller online. The received item was not the same with the descriptions and photos.

I don't shop online. I did it once when I ordered a mobile phone and I received a phone of which display scree was broken I sent it back and my money was refunded but from that day I don't like online shopping.

I have had a lot of bad experiences shopping online and the major one I heard is that they will bring something that is different from what they showed to you online and it is not nice

It is always what I ordered vs what I got. I ordered for a phone on Julia. They delivered the phone and I couldn't just imagine what I saw in the picture and what they brought for me.

This is what happens all the time. Like what you ordered for and what you got. it can be very frustrating

This is one thing that discourages me from shopping online because they always disappoint customers

I learn my lesson after I bought shoes from online store and when the order arrived, the shoe did not size me. I complaint and they said that they will refund if I can pay for logistic. I simply abandoned the whole thing. I gave the shoe out.

LoL, I believe it is better for you to physically go to a store and buy whatever you want to. Buying online may come with a lot of disadvantages.

I have had so many negative experience shopping online. There was a time i made a purchase online, i got what i paid for, but it was faulty. There are times they would give you something different from what you wanted.
