More than 10 years ago, there were a few websites which paid a fixed monthly amount for showing their banners on websites. Is there any reliable banner network which pays a fixed amount, however small for showing banners monthly?

Pls can you explain better on this?. I'm interested to know. Many sites that wanted their banners to be shown on another sites do pay per clicks on those banners.

I remember the site OffTopix. I am also a member of this site but feel insecure because the members are mostly from the US, UK, and Australia. I am the only from the Philippines. There is no referral link, but I saw one member here always bearing with him the banner of OffTopix.

I don't know about any banner ad networks but if you want you can try adclerks or buy sell ads and try to get banner advertisers for your site. But you need huge traffic requirements.
