Do you ever want to be a boss, where you control.and manage others. Do you think you can make good of this position?

When I was working full time, I was head of a department. There are lots of responsibilities, including delegating work to appropriate staff; motivating staff to get the job done, and making prompt decision when necessary.

I would say it's very different. Working as someone's boss can help you to grow as well. But if you are your own boss, you control your own schedule and work life balance.

Yes, no matter what. A lot of people I know would want to he their own boss as they like independence

I don't know if I would be very good in this position to be honest, but if I am praying and working hard for my business to expand then sooner or later I would have to be a boss.

The idea of being in a leadership role where I manage and provide direction to others is appealing, but also a great responsibility. I believe I have the right mix of vision, communication skills, and ability to mentor to potentially make a positive impact as a boss or supervisor.
