Paying reasonable amount of money to workers is what will motivate employees to work at their best and not relent. None of your workers will try to dupe you or cheat you in business as far as you're treating them with good pay, everyone goes home happy in the end

It is true that companies that pay their workers well always have high productivity. This is because their employees are well motivated and will always give their best. Especially if there are bonuses for extra work done, that usually motivates workers best.

A job that is paying high? You would rarely have unethical practices there because employees won't want to risk losing that job.
I totally agree with you. This is what a lot of pay masters don't know . you need to pay your workers well to enable them avoid committing crime

I would follow this line of reasoning. Giving your staff a pay check that can take them home comfortably would necessarily eliminate fraud.
