Best way to deal with a stubborn staff

Some employees can be very stubborn but hard working. How can you handle such a staff to enable you keep the person to still help out with the company's job.

This is the job of Human Resource Department. They need to be reported and call their attentions about this matter. It needs to be done.

I do think there are general errors and there are errors that are subjective.There is no way you are going to value someone with gross misconduct.Someone who acts with gross misconduct has to be punished or disciplined or cautioned or even replaced if they continue despite the numerous warnings.

Like the staffs i am currently working with, they are hard working when they feel the need to be but majority of the times they are extremely lazy and difficult to deal with. I have tried so many methods even to the point of reporting them and their salary deducted, yet there is still no change.

This is the extreme these are the ones that should get sacked. They are becoming unbearable.

I don't have the nerves of dealing with stubborn staffs rather I will prefer handling them over to the disciplinary committee, because staffs like that hardly repent of their misdoings even after several warnings so it will be better to get them disciplined according to their misdeeds.

Thats right, this would be the most easiest solution. These days its pretty hard to find workers and they are very much aware of this, hence their attitude.
I do wonder why some people will request for a job and turn out stubborn it's something I'm yet understand.

If their antics doesn't affect their work or that of other employees, the best thing to do is to let them be. Such people cannot change who they are and attempting to force it would be useless.

Yes thanks. Not a lot but I'm more than skilled what's required to complete my daily job and that's why I am doing my best to earn online too and find time from my job to earn online and just pushing myself to earn more than my target.

Yeah that's the way to go. One needs to always find multiple ways of making money. You make a lot of extra money when you are able to have different sources of making money.

It does help but there are many occasions when I don't feel like doing anything and this happened today too and then I was unable to login Referral Index forum maybe due to some technical reason and this happened yesterday too
