I plan to have a business online. I still make a feasibility study. I want to know what the onliners prefer to buy in this pandemic. I also learned that I need to pay Meta Facebook 250 pesos monthly for advertising or selling online via Facebook.

Yeah to succeed with your business you need to promote it almost always so that people would get to know about it all the time.
But if at all the business you are currently in fails and you are forced to shutdown, don't beat your self up for it. Accept failure, take it as stepping stone to a better more successful business. Go back to the drawing board and input the knowledge you gained from your previous business.

yeah you are right if they cannot make one can sell a failed business and get back his capital.

You have a point there , failure is part of life without failure there is no perfect perfection. One needs to keep modifying the strategy(or should I say the failure?) for better end result.
