My suggestion would be to read lots of jokes and keep smiling. It may help!I suffer from bitchy face syndrome. I think that's why people find it hard to interect with me. That combined with me being an introvert is a disaster.
I am also not aware of this thing but it was a nice piece of information to know as normally I don't think I will know about it but @Edulady is there a way to correct itI never knew that there was such a thing and what if you try smiling regularly maybe it will help.
Please do not worry. Be positive. We are friends here.I suffer from bitchy face syndrome. I think that's why people find it hard to interect with me. That combined with me being an introvert is a disaster.
Bitchy face syndrome is when your face always looks so serious even if you don't intend to look that way. You can look like you are very angry when infact you are happy, just that you facial expression says angry. It's how somebodies face is, and it makes it hard for people to approach you since your face doesn't look friendly.
Wow, I didn't realize this was even a thing lol. I know some people just look flat-out mad all the time, but never knew it was a type of syndrome. I learn something new every day.
I'm a nice person, I don't have a mean-looking face, but unfortunately, no one wanted to talk to me either lol.Haha , I get that a lot. It even doesn't bother me right now like it used to be. I think it affected me in a way when I was still a teenager cos most of my peers never liked being around me.

Its a thing. But those people are the sweetest people ever. Just that our faces paint a totally different picture.
You had to add that in huhSpeaking of which, if you go to the doctor, is the doctor allowed to say, "Oh yes, you have bitchy face syndrome." Or do they have to place that into nicer words?
