The Richest Man in Babylon would be my first choice all the time. It's a very simple and small book to read, but it teaches you money and investing principles in a funny and enlightening way.

48 laws of power by Robert Green. Though the book is not for business but it have a lot of things to teach young entrepreneurs because business is politics by other means.

In most cases I recommend that an entrepreneur just starts with personal development because it is very cardinal for their business career, then basics in business concepts and dynamics and then scaling up and marketing. These stages will grill one to become a quality entrepreneur. Whatever quality materials they can study in that sequence will definitely be beneficial.

I cannot recommend any books because we have a lot of textbooks to cover these business topics. The readers need to know which one or ones are helpful for them.

I don't read any book because it affects my eyes. Also, a lot of people do not like to read books anymore.
