Business values

Do you think a business built on honestly would flop? I have worked with someone who does not like letting his customers and clients know whenever there is difficulty or issues, he believes this would drive away customers. But i believe being honest is a great way to build trust. What is your point of view on this though

Well, I always go with what works for a person. There's no one answer fit all. Just do whatever works for you . I think though it is good to open up to customers.
