Buying brand new things

What makes you go for brand new things even when you see a fairly used one at a cheaper rate. What would prompt you to still buy a new one even at a higher price?

I seldom buy second hand things except books because I am concerned about the hygiene or durability. If a brand new product is not very expensive, why not buy a new one.

I have never bought second hand stuff. When I can afford to go for new things I do not see any reason why I should go for things that have been used by others.

Yeah new things last longer you don't even think of fixing anything at all.

If I like certain things, I will buy them without giving them a second thought. Even if they are expensive, I need to have them because they can make me happy. Although I do not do it more often,.

As someone who used to buy second-hand phones before, I noticed that they do not last as long as they used to, especially the battery life. It is expected, anyway. Therefore, when it comes to buying a new phone, I prefer to go for a brand-new one. Aside from that, they are also covered by a warranty.
