I was thinking this morning, customer loyalty is your customers being faithful, they are always ready to patronize from you, but is there really customer loyalty? Almost everyone these days have more than one vendors, most times they tend to favour one over the other, either due to them having the products at a more cheaper price or simply because the quality is better. Is there really customer loyalty?

I think having several vendors is natural, but customer loyalty can still be built. When customers are loyal to our company, we will still be their priority. If the item they are looking for is not in stock at our company, then he will look for it at another vendor. But when they shop again, they will still look for us before other vendors.

Yes customer loyalty can be created and you have to do so by first making them be comfortable and relaxed with your business. This will help them to be coming back

Customer loyalty is not an abstract concept. It is a concept that has to be based on a particular premise. It could be based on quality or any other factor. Customers are rationale.

I think customer loyalty can be built. Offer quality products at a reasonable price, provide excellent customer service and offer them personalized deals such as special discounts on his/her birthday may help.

As far as l am concerned nowadays there is no customer loyalty. This is because there some businesses that come to just distract the existing market with abnormal cheaper prices.so as to win the customers.

I have been actually loyal to certain businesses as far as their services align to my goals and expectations when consuming that product or getting that service.

Yes I believe that customer loyalty can be greatly created it's not something that is achieved over night though we have to put in extra effort for this to happen so customer loyalty can happen

There are certain customers that are so satisfied with your services that they become addicted to getting it done by you. It is easier to build customer loyalty in service business.

I restate it categorically that no one can be loyal to any business without a foundational basis. Customers are out to maximize satisfaction and that is all they care about.

You have to know exactly what your customers demand from your business and give them that which is the only way you can be able to have their loyalty all the time.

This is true though. It is a business where I exchange something with you as not a love relationship. Loyalty in business is strictly dependent on what I gain from you. If I gain something better than what you are offering, I shift my loyalty.

I have made up my mind as a business person not to expect loyalty from any customer. I make sure I offer the best services I can at the material time. Everybody is capitalists.
