Can you save $200 or more a year?

Due to continually increasing prices, it can be incredibly challenging for some people to save money each year, especially for those who are earning minimum wage. I often find it difficult to save money because I support my parents and have to acquire maintenance medications every month. Are you able to save $200 or more annually?
