Can you work in the remote areas for more pay

Some workplaces do require some staff to leave the urban centres to the rural or remote areas for work. They are always promised of better pay because of the location. What do you think? Would you go for this?

Yes if it is for a be pay I will say yes. For me someone with an handwork or craft is at a more better position for such an offer because they can work for self and as an employee, and can also gain more experience from somewhere new

Yeah when once you find the reasons to want to take the offer then it is good to go for it to make more money.

Well it depends on the pay and the actual benefits I would be getting within that location. There are certain amount of pay that they may tag as " better pay" but when you consider other aspect like cost of living, transportation, or even security, the pay is not just worth all those difficulties. Another important aspect we should always consider besides higher pay is security.

I wouldn't mind taking up such job offer provided the location is one with more advantages for me to enjoy while working, most company rise the pay for workers who decided to go down to those rural area because they will need a lot to adapt with the new environment and also learn itheir ways.

Why not? I can work anywhere as long as I'm getting paid very well and I'm able to speak with my family members

This is mainly for males it's their lifestyle. They are after making money anyway they want it.

Yeah I have observed this over time women are just too attached to their family.

It's a tough decision because I was never offered such thing and that's why I don't have any experience in that

I did this before. I used to work in a far flung area in my country. I was hired to be a Community Facilitator and worked with the local tribes. The salary was a good one at that time.

Naturally these tasks or jobs are better paying because not many are willing to work in these and that's why they get better payment
