Cannot access the website globalhost.xyz

I wish to access globalhost.xyz to pay a webhosting bill, however the website is not accessible in India, though it is available elsewhere . What could be the reason why it is blocked in India alone?

Don't bother yourself if you can't get access to it. If you use any other short cut method to get access and you are having problem with your hosting, then who is to blame?.

I can access the site. How can you trust the web host that does not even secure its own website with an SSL?

There may be an Isp problem in India, I still cannot access the website, some sites are blocked. Which ISP do you use to access the website, do you have a broadband connection
