Some poor performance of workers are always associated with the business environment. They are not given tools that they need to work well. Some are not properly motivated to work because of low pay.

Yeah some of this problem stems from poor management of workers which could be about poor business environment. same with them not being given tools that they need to work with

In the other way round, some workers start performing poorly because they have found other opportunities. I know of a staff that started coming to work three times a week because he found another job and was just passing time to resume.

Workers knew what their works entails. It is just that their morale that would boost better output out of them is affected.
Some workers are working under unfriendly environments, how do you expect to get better output?. The condition of service of most workers is not that attractive.

Lack of knowledge is one of the major things that allows workers not to do their jobs very well and that is why it is important to run a training program for them

Have we even realized that fatigue could be a major cause of low productivity. It is good to be giving workers breaks to help them be energized for the work

Lack of enough tools can lead to poor performance at work. Lack of conducive environment is something that can cause poor performance too. There is no way work will be done well in a bad environment

Another reason for poor performance can be the lack of qualified staff in defined job roles. When you bring a mere technician to do a core engineering role, are you expecting to see an excellent performance?

High workload also contribute to this. It brings fatigue to the poople and make perform low productivity. Yeah It is good to be giving workers breaks to aid them refresh better

I actually cannot work in an organization that I am not given off days. I see most people work for seven days in a week. How don't you expect those kind of workers to be less productive.

Yeah it is good to always good to work in an organization that gives workers days off. Workers that don't get to rest would be less productive due to heavy workload

If you hire the wrong people to work for you and you also fail to give them proper training, it's going to be very difficult for them to deliver as they are expected.

Similarly, if workers are poorly paid, maximum effort from the workers would be reduced.
