What's the biggest challenge you're facing right now? How are you responding to this challenge?

Currently, I am facing a challenge to get a good job from someone that recently took over a business. The guy tends to get rather distracted with solving issues at work, making it difficult to get time from him. The main issues with it, stems from the employees refusing to take initiative for different things at work.

The challenge I am facing is to grow my business consulting service for SMEs which I started about a year ago. I have been working as a freelancer offering translation service for many years. Last year, I started offering business consulting service. So far, I have got some clients. I am working hard to get more.

There are so many challenges that I am having at present. The most outstanding is to earn more than before.
