During my college days, our school hired cleaning services and yes, you are right, there are who lack morale, no training so no sustenance. They were replaced by a better cleaning service providers from an agency where people were trained and do tasks well.

Almost everywhere there is a scarcity of qualified cleaners so in that case, so some agencies recruit untrained cleaners which create problem who owns the agency.

@Sanjee , that is horrible, how could that business owner survive? They will be rejected the next time they wanted to offer their cleaning services.

The business owner survives because they are highly in demand here so one takes the services even though they may not be good. I have seen the same thing in my office

@Sanjee , then why aren't the citizens complaining to the local government unit? There might be tongs to the concerns.

Already we have a scarcity of agencies so no one complains just ask the agency to replace them and they replace them if they have manpower otherwise not.

That is better replacement for the unfit. The business operation continues if there is a new worker better than those fired.

This is very true that there are alot of companies that provide these cleaning services.These companies train their stuff to be effective and have the basic knowledge on disinfection and cleaning.It is much easier for an institution if they hire an already existing cleaning company as compared to just hiring and starting to train from on set.

Only in household homes with avearge income will they hire one not from a company specialised in cleaning services.

Another major challenge is having committed workers. Most of these agencies they always find it hard to get good workers who will be willing to work well. Most of these workers are not loyal.

One other challenge is that some people are allergic to and smell and some place will be smelling very bad when you want to clean them so it will affect the person's health
