That's just it. There are so many people today in the business world who do not really care about honestly. They are just after what they would gain and they do not care about how they do it or who they hurt to do so.

The food they served were big fish escabeche, fish relleno, fish fillet almost all about fish except for chichen and beef for they're not easily get spoilt. Those of fish contained bacteria. The hotel cook said they cooked them 1 day before the program started.It should be cooked on date.
Food poisoning might be quite more common than many people may think. Such instances are quite common where food inspectors may not do their job properly or they may try to receive bribe from many popular companies and restaurants.
You are on point as most of the time does what inspect this food that are working with the government tend not to do their jobs or they get bribed to overlook whatever thing such restaurants or hotels are doing which is very bad.

The reason for food-cooked owners is very shallow. They want a big profit regardless of the quality of the food served whether freshly cooked or not. They like to cheat people for the sake of money without knowing that their license to cook will be confiscated.
This is actually the reason why you will see some businesses closing up all of a sudden because they have betrayed the trust of their customers and they are no longer being patronised.
Yes of course betraying the trust of your customers there is something there anyone who is into business should not be doing us you need your customers to trust in you and your products or services being rendered to them.

That's their reason. They're afraid they can't gain or profit. It's their fault, they should be honest and serve food with integrity not wrongly just to save their capital. People won't anymore trust them. They're poisonous business operators.
