I don't understand what you mean, why should the government deduct child support directly. So if your salary is $10k minus child support, say $1k then you're only receiving $9k net. Is this what you mean by direct deducting from child support?

Thanks for your explanation, because in my country there is no child support that must be paid by employees by cutting their salaries, even in my country if an employee has children they will get wife and child benefits which will be added to the employee's basic salary.
There's child support where s party mostly the father will have to pay as upkeep for the child or children if they are not living together Incase of divorce or separation of parent's.
I think it should be given to the mother directly of a child. If they are separated, they can do this. I am not sure if this child support is like the government is giving as a grant for parents who cannot support their child or children.
I think it is important and necessary people take responsibility of their actions. Anyone who wants to have a child must have the money to take care of that child.
What if a person has a child with a lady that he is not married to? Doesn't he need to pay money monthly that would be used by the woman to take care of the child?
No, we don't have this requirement in Hong Kong. You may actually claim for child allowance when filing your tax return if you maintain an unmarried child who is under 18 years old or under 25 years old receiving full time education in an educational institution; or your child is unable to work due to disability.

In some countries, after the amount to be paid as child support has been decided I. Court, an order is given to your bank to make that deduction automatically when your salary comes in. That's because most men won't voluntarily love to pay child support to their ex lovers.
This is mostly common in so many Western countries. I think the money is actually used in order to take care of the child. If you have a child and you are not married to your partner you need to pay child support.
I think child support is a two-way something. Both the male and female should always be contributing in order to support their child. I think the law differs from country to country.
