Thanks for your explanation, because in my country there is no child support that must be paid by employees by cutting their salaries, even in my country if an employee has children they will get wife and child benefits which will be added to the employee's basic salary.Child support payments are usually deducted from an obligor's (the person paying child support) income and paid directly to the recipient. The amount of the deduction and the process for making the deductions vary by jurisdiction. In some countries, the deductions are made by an employer and sent directly to the government, while in others, the obligor is responsible for making the payments directly to the recipient.
In most countries, child support deductions are considered a legal obligation and are enforceable by law. Failure to make child support payments can result in wage garnishment, seizure of bank accounts, and even imprisonment in some cases.
It is important to note that child support laws and the process for making deductions can vary greatly between countries and even within regions of a country, so it's always best to consult with a legal expert or government agency for specific information.
There's child support where s party mostly the father will have to pay as upkeep for the child or children if they are not living together Incase of divorce or separation of parent's.I don't think my country does this cause so far ii have not heard anything about child support. Or maybe i am not just aware of it yet.
I think it is something that needs to be handled because some people are making little money and it will not be nice to remove some taxes from them againIn your country, does the government deduct child support directly from your salary, or is it something that needs to be handled outside of work?
ExactlyThere is nothing of that nature in my country. Traditionally it is the responsibility of the father to take care of the child.
I think it is important and necessary people take responsibility of their actions. Anyone who wants to have a child must have the money to take care of that child.Exactly
We must not even have it with the kind of hardship we are facing.
What if a person has a child with a lady that he is not married to? Doesn't he need to pay money monthly that would be used by the woman to take care of the child? Thanks for your explanation, because in my country there is no child support that must be paid by employees by cutting their salaries, even in my country if an employee has children they will get wife and child benefits which will be added to the employee's basic salary.
This is mostly common in so many Western countries. I think the money is actually used in order to take care of the child. If you have a child and you are not married to your partner you need to pay child support.I have not heard about this before and this is the first time I'll be hearing about child support deduction from salaries.
I think child support is a two-way something. Both the male and female should always be contributing in order to support their child. I think the law differs from country to country.parents especially the men should always pay child support to help the kids
That's the child support we are talking about. This is what the court institute as a lot of men would not want to do it unless forcedWhat if a person has a child with a lady that he is not married to? Doesn't he need to pay money monthly that would be used by the woman to take care of the child?
