It depends from business to business but most people prefer competitive prices, longer credit period, home delivery and more choice of product so if we can manage these then we can get more sales and will have repeated customers

We need to tackle all our customers professionally and at the same time need to have a good relationship with them but the problem is most in our parts like to get products on credit and when you deny the then they won't buy from you and if you allow then also they won't buy from you lol

It's almost impossible to judge the behavior of customers as many times they prefer the nearby store and on other times they prefer a shop which is situated far even if they are selling at a higher price so its tough to judge but we need to do what we can to make our business good

I agree with this thing and I know people that prefer to get the products at lowest prices and for that they don't mind to walk or travel to long distances but some don't even compare that they must have wasted a lot of energy , time and money in the form of gas on it

I have seen people do that and they forget to do their maths and this way they would have saved more and also their time because time is money and if you are going a mile away you are spending time, energy and gas so the product will be even more expensive lol
