Compounding Profits Vs. Withdrawing Profits?

Do you continue to compound profits by reinvesting your profits or do you withdraw profits? For example, when you receive dividends on your stocks, do you receive cash or do you reinvest and buy more stocks. When you receive staking rewards on your crypto do you restake your rewards or withdraw your profits? Normally, I withdraw 50 percent profits and reinvest the remaining 50 percent.

Compounding profit is very good but that is if you are investing in a platform or company that is trustworthy
Withdrawing is also good when you have something reasonable that you want to do with your money

Each person will treat returns in a different way, especially depending on their need for money. But personally, I mainly treat returns in the form of cash like income from renting out property. I use it to meet my needs, while dividends from shares will be deposited in the Customer Fund Account, sometimes to buy 2nd or 3rd tier shares. But the returns from staking and Earnings will always be saved or compounding profits.

It depends on the individual though and their target. There are does who instantly withdraw their profits then there are does who tend to compound it to a certain amount before withdrawing or investing in another thing.

In some countries, government agencies are robbing the savings of some professionals and then falsely claiming that the savings belong to their relatives and friends. So it is better to payout the interest or income, instead of losing all the money

In my case, I reinvest and buy more stocks which I usually do, but if there is an important need to withdraw some amount, then I may do it. It is good to let our money bear interest.

Same here, I we definitely reinvest as long as I am sure everything is okay and I will be able to make back some profits again. But when am not so sure, I would rather withdraw.

reinvestment is really the best it's not wise enough to cashout profit it's dost not allow business to move so I think I will just compound my profit and then wait for more profit to come

Its all depend on you solely dear for me I like and prefer to reinvest or compound what I earn online and it's what keep me moving day to day thou there is nothing wrong withdrawing your money for sure it's better for beginner to withdraw because they have not much knowledge

Compounding means you re invest your profits. If you have invested in profitable assets, compounding will help you grow big over time. Compounding will grow your capital and help you become wealthy in the long run

It's my hopes that most investors would back the compounding profits. l think that there is always the thrill for enjoying more profits earned from the compounding profits on a matter of fact.
