Well there are some services you can still be served by technological means and not necessarily humans, imagine entering a restaurant and you do not need to start asking workers for the amount they sell stuff but instead displayed on an electronic board.

I think that there will come a time when the artificial intelligence will enable many different companies to enhance their customer care services and improve the flexibility of customer support system. This will take some time, though. We are still in a phase where we need to develop such kind of technology.

I do not object using robots or chatbots to serve the needs of customers. But make sure that if the robot cannot help, a human customer care personnel should always be available.

Robots aren't not in full operation this time in some places in the world. Robots are mostly hired in China in their big corporations hospitals, business centers especially this time when corona virus is still hitting hard their entire nation.

At least, a robot can hold sway when the company is not in it's working hours till a human rep comes in to help. It is better than not getting any response at all.

That's right I agree with you. By providing service facilities online, it will increasingly be able to provide better service in the all-digital era. In addition, provide easy payment services, such as using a cashless system, credit/debit cards, Qris scans, bank transfers, etc. according to the convenience of the customer.

Technology seems to be covering all areas of business. Even customer service can be done easily by an AI. Though they may not cover everything. That is why some customer service need to be done by humans.

I believe that this is equally how most people feel when it comes to being attended to by a robot especially online. I don't like too.
