Customer's misuse of products

There is an manual for any product of which any company produces so if it been found faulty it will be at the cause of the customer

Depends on the case, if the products was broke when it arrived (its business organization responsibility), but when customers got it with fine condition and then it was customers responsibility then.

This is a personal thing it has nothing to do with the business I believe. people need to be held accountable for their mistakes.

Definitely, there are manuals to help them and if they went against it ussge ti get things wrong then it is on them

Usually, the concerned employee will pay through payroll deduction. This gives awareness to all employees that no one is exempted when misusing company products.

This happen a lot of times and I believe it's always the fault of the customers even if you don't know how to use you ask questions

That is also right, but customers won't pay and maybe quarrel with the owner first before paying, lol.

There are owners that charged the damaged items to insurance especially if they are in bulk like 1 box of fragile items.

If this can be done then Al for the better but if it is users fault then the owners shouldn't be blamed.

I experienced this I broke a figurine in a store and I was held responsible to pray the breakage, so I paid the item

In my view customer who is misusing the product is accountable, and he must charge for it so he will be careful next time lest it will become his practice.

I think that once it was availed the products, we cannot do anything because it is owned by the buyer now. If there are some problems with the items, the situation is that the customer can complain against the company.

When products are passed to customers and they are bad it becomes the problem of the buyer

If the customer actually misused it then there's no two ways about it cause the customer has to pay for the product, unless you want to tamper justice with mercy which is something I will advice you to do if the buyer is a regular customer.

True though, most customers tend to misuse opportunity, by the time you help them repair it or get a new one, they would simply start misusing other things feeling the company would pay for it as well.

the business has the right to offer no compensation if the product has been used in an non proper manner i support all the business companies here and that is how it should be as well actually indeed .

Every business has a clearly stated warranty that spells where the customer is liable for the damage of products.
