Definitely, there are manuals to help them and if they went against it ussge ti get things wrong then it is on themWe can hold companies responsible for any misuse of products by any customers. There are always manuals that state instructions about how products should be used.
True though, most customers tend to misuse opportunity, by the time you help them repair it or get a new one, they would simply start misusing other things feeling the company would pay for it as well.In my view customer who is misusing the product is accountable, and he must charge for it so he will be careful next time lest it will become his practice.
