In my country there are alot of them you will need to know one thing you will need to pass through the due process before you are able to do this so it's not always easy

Yes there are fo many. Like the the law that allow a free market business should be abolished because it opresses the common man.

Do people still do this? For a long time now people have been made to understand that circumcision for women is not called for.

I am not aware of any laws in my home country that can be called derogatory. I think all the laws we have are pretty good and it does not discriminate anyone.
