I have decided to temporarily disable transfers from RIF.Cash to DBucks. I have learned they have enabled a 20% fee for transferring between accounts.
With RIF's 25% plus DBucks 20%, it wouldn't be worthwhile for someone to transfer RIF.Cash to DBucks. At least not on an official capacity at this time.
This may be looked at again further down the line.
