In some countries corruption levels are very high, and government agencies are falsely claiming that their high status lazy greedy fraud employees who do not invest any money in the business, do not do any work, own the online business of a private citizen. To cover up the government employees fraud, the private citizen is criminally defamed. What is best way for an online business owner to deal with fraud of government agencies?

Government agencies seem to be programmed to be highly fraudulent because of lack of supervision and the fact that the government cannot differentiate between business and politics makes government establishments highly corrupt.
The truth is that if the government itself doesn't want to stop corruption in it's agencies, it would not stop. It would take a complete process of seeing these corporations as businesses that need to be run as a business that corruption can be stopped in them.
I highly doubt that they would even want to stop corruption when they themselves are in on it. The government it self is corrupt, hence they are not putting any effort to even try and stop it at all.
Corruption of government officials exists but not common here because we have an organization named Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) which fights corruption in the public and private sector. The Commission has law enforcement rights.
That's actually good if it is working effectively in your country, we also have one here that sees to the cases of corruption in the country and it is also an independent body ,but I sense it is somehow weak to fight top corrupt government officials .
The force of a corrupt system would defy you and instill it's corrupt practices no matter the measures you take to counter it. They are driven by people who are powerful and have vested interests.
If it's easy for corruption to be eliminated I believe that over the course of years my country would have eliminated that long ago but you did something that have hit the road into the system of the nation which can hardly be removed.
I actually feel it is very easy for them to eliminate those two fraudulent activities and also shut down those companies but they are also receiving bribes from them and that is why they don't want to do the right thing
I have never heard of such corrupt ways of government agencies taking over online businesses of people. That is so bad of them, they should be punished. But that is so hard given the power that these people hold.
Dealing with fraudulent government agencies is very difficult and life threatening especially in countries where human life have no value at all. In Nigeria, police and other law enforcement agencies is constituting more problem than solution
I can remember when the issue of police brutality was a very serious problem in USA where there was worldwide protests as a result of what the police were doing.
The issue of police brutality is still very common even though we are no longer hearing about it like before and it happens in every country including our country and I feel it does not make sense because people should have the right to do the normal things that they are supposed to do
Whenever the government have been voted into office, they have all the power to do whatever they like and they don't seem to regard those who voted them into the office.
