Dealing with workplace bullies

Have you ever being bullied in the workplace. How were you able to fight such monster as it can be detrimental to ones mental health

I am grateful that I have never been bullied in my workplace. Should this happen, I would definitely fight back or report the case to my manager or human resources department.

Yes, sometimes we just have to put the bullies in their place by fighting back so that we don't look weak

In my previous jobs, no one dared to bully me. If ever it happens, I will talk to them professionally. If they do not stop, I will surely report them and file a formal complaint with the Human Resources Department.

Sometimes it's very understood that at the workplaces it's likely to be bully for that matter.

I work in a place where we haven't been mutual respect for each other. I have never been a victim of workplace bullying before.

Ive been there, and its tough. I had to speak up and make sure I wasnt allowing anyone to treat me poorly. Its not easy, but it's so worth it for your mental health.

This has not happened to me yet but if it ever happened I would surely make complains to the superiors.

It is not good to even start with such people. I would so ignore them and do the opposite of what you expect of me

I experienced being bullied by a nosy co worker. He does not know my attitude. I hate bullies so, I stoned him.

For now l am not working. However when l used to work l had no time for bullying.

I experienced something a little of this during the last job I traveled for. What I did was to ignore him. He was trying to bully me verbally, saying all sort of upsetting things about me anytime he saw me. I stopped talking back and started ignoring. I guess he got bored from me not replying him.
