I believe delayed delivery has happened to us in one way or another as both customers and as well the business owners. There are times as a business owner where you might not be able to deliver yours goods or services to your customers on time due to one reason or another that is beyond your control, how do you sort this out? Especially when the customer is becoming angry?

You need to call the customer to inform the person if you are sure you would be having a delayed delivery to show you are still with the customer. Don't just go mute it shows you don't care.

The customer needs to understand that there are times where delay will happen in the delivery of the products they bought as it might be due to some unforeseen circumstances which happens to anybody.

At every point in the delivery of a product, communicate with the customer. Immediately you have a difficulty in delivery, let the customer know so that they can possibly make alternative arrangement against the delay.

It is always very important for you to update your customers on the delivery of their purchase, so that they are not going to be worried about it. Even if it's there's a delay, you should update them on the reason why their product is being delayed.

It is essential to keep your customer updated on your delivery schedule. Should there be a delay, let your customer know the reason and when s(he) can expect to receive the goods ordered.

Personally, I detest late delivery of my orders or product. it is always good to communicate with the customer.if would be having any difficulty in delivery, let the customer know on fime

There might be reasons for a delayed delivery like highway robbery, sudden blackout so they cannot pull out the products, sudden nationwide strike, sudden out of stocks unnoticed and the delivery driver might get sick and hospitalized. They are the most possible causes for delayed delivery.

One time I experienced it, the customer was angry because the delivery was delayed. The solution is I have to contact the delivery service to ask about the position of the package so that it can be tracked and sent to the destination address. I contacted via Instagram DM.

We can't actually blame the customers to get mad because they do not know the reason. That is why if I have an online delivery, I have to wait until it is delivered to me. It is not good to conclude.

We can't really blame the customers too because they might have made plans already towards the delivery time or day we gave them and they might also be disappointing some other people if this happens.

The problem is that it takes days to deliver, and it's not just one or two customers that I deal with. Actually it is something that is natural, because it often happens during large-scale promotional events.

Delayed delivery might come because of different reasons. When it comes to the one that will be beyond our control it is good to let the other party know on time to avoid panicking

There is always a possibility that the delivery will be delayed but it is very necessary for you to update a customer about it on time.

Yes that's the key thing. Keep the recipient updated. Personally I can understand every situation provided if you are saying the truth. But just going mute about your delay will trigger anger.

You need to work like a carabao šŸ˜. You have to specify the number of days the orders to arrive arrive according to location. Those nearer 4 days farthest 10 to 12 days to avoid cramming and delayed delivery.

The marketplace should have regulated the maximum number of packages that can enter the expedition. So that the package is not overloaded in the warehouse. I feel sorry for the couriers, they are working overtime until morning. Not a few who fell ill from exhaustion.

If you can't, change delivery service. If they are bad they don't need you as client. Better they change delivery time or tell you they will be late, than you wait for them.

I always make sure to deploy every available arsenal to deliver if not before schedule, at least on schedule. It helps to build the confidence of your customers on your business.

One guy could posted how he waited delivery to long. Restaurant from where he order food is only 800 meters from his workplace so you can see how people need or just want good delivery service.
