In business it is important that duties are delegated with the owner having full trust in its employees Some owners keep all important portfolios with them and when that happens employees tend to lose interest as they feel they are just frills in a business and get no joy when the company is doing well.

How good are you in delegation?

If small online business owners from poor communities pay a freelancer from rich communities for even a few months, the freelancer will get credit for all the work done in the past 10 years, and also in the future, government salary, though the freelancer does not do any work. So it is very risky for small online business owners to hire anyone.

When the business is still small, of course we can handle all the activities alone, but if the business has developed activities and transactions are getting higher then we need the help of other people who we call employees such as cashiers, accounting, sales, etc. So it is very important to delegate power and authority to employees.
