Though delivering of goods can be pretty lucrative, but it also comes with its risk as well. There have been so many cases where the goods has been damaged during the process of delivering. Most of these persons in charge do not take time to be extra careful, especially when it comes to breakable goods. They are simply after what they would be paid.

Some products are fragile when it comes to their nature which is why you have to apply utmost care whenever you're delivering such product in order for you not to damage them.
When you are delivering breakable goods, you should pay special attention to packaging. Hire a reliable and responsible person to do the delivery. Let him/her know special care needs to be taken to handle the product.

You have a point there though, the way you would package a product that is breakable should be different from how you would package one that is non breakable .
The packaging for agricultural products is different from the packaging for consumer goods or electronics/ gadgets. The first step in delivery is packaging followed by transportation. When you get these two right, you are good to go.
Delivering of goods by dispatch riders has been successful over the years and it's just a few incidents that have goods being damaged one due to accident or having very fragile product to be delivered and proper orientation was not made for it.
You have to put inner protection for goods that can break easily. You also have to make sure that the packaging is securely sealed to prevent slipping out. And you need an insurance for your delivery services.
Sending goods without damage is a shared responsibility, both the seller by packing the product safely, and the sender's responsibility by handling the product properly, not being thrown for products that break easily.
That is why you need to choose a reliable sender to deliver your products to the customer's destination. Some sellers alway try to cut transportation costs and would end up sending the goods through terrible sources.
But so far I can't choose a shipping expedition for the buyer, the buyer chooses the shipping expedition that will be used. Or regulated by the marketplace, so all that is beyond my control.
That is one reason, I often receive goods from online purchases, with layers of packaging, especially for items that are easily broken or damaged, so that the goods will be able to withstand shocks or if they fall when carried by the delivery person.
Yes that's what I did too, I packed it with bubblewrap, cardboard, plastic, and fragile duct tape. But I'm still concerned about the video packets being tossed around, they shouldn't do that and still handle packets well.
I don't know, what the store owner used as materials to pack perishable goods, I also found a warning sign "Beware of Fragile Items", if the sender of goods throws and is caught on CCTV or camera, I will report it, but I always buy goods with the system COD. so they are unlikely to throw things.
I saw videos of packages being thrown when they were unloaded in the car and during the sorting process. But I don't know whether the items thrown were breakable or not, because not all sellers want to put up warning signs for fragile items, even though the contents are breakable items.
