There was a time when the websites were designed in a really different manner. I mean you can check all the old websites out there and they are designed during the 1990s. I think that the theme and the desiogn of those websites are quite unique and much better than many modern designs as well. What do you think?

I don't think that old websites are better in terms of design. Modern websites are more beautiful, light weight and quite responsive than old websites. Presently, web designers are more concerned with loading speed of websites than how beautiful it looks.
