I would definitely say yes. It is inevitable to say certain problems with my co-workers before. For the reason that we are working as a team in my previous companies. Although I am a bit personal when it comes to being talk about me and it is in the form of backfighting me. I have a low opinion about these people.

It is best to keep to yourself. I am a lonely person that doesn't like my issues being handled only by myself. I don't even trust anyone at work. I keep it strictly professional.

It is natural to always talk out issues. Any issue that has not been discussed whether formally or informally cannot be resolved. It is always good to talk about the issues.

Holding animosity against your fellow colleagues at work is bad. It does not promote good relationships. This is why some workers are fretful to their colleagues at work.
Instead of open up and discuss what causes the bone of contention, they would rather keep it in their mind and be behaving strangely.

Most times i tend to ignore when i come across people like this but there are certain times where the issue might be getting out of hand, i have no choice than to talk it out with them.

I think in every organization, there's rules of engagement so it's best to follow them when engaging with your colleague about an issue. If you don't do this you might cause issues with your collegue.

I haven't had any issue with a co-worker before but I think if there is any I will probably do that. I love to talk to people about situations in order to clear my mind.

When I have an issue with a co-worker, I would speak to him/her frankly and listen to his/her opinion with patience. I believe this is the way to build trust with co-workers in the work place.

You are very correct with that assessment because it is going to make it very difficult for workers to combined together and carry out their duties effectively.

I had an issue with a colleague. We didn't really have to talk about it but we reconciled and became close again. Talking about it would have reopened old wounds.
