Different kinds of investment opportunities in real estate

If you want to invest in real estate, there are multiple options available. Some of the common investment opportunities are Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), real estate mutual funds, real estate developing companies, real estate properties, etc. Have you invested in any of these real estate investment methods, which one do you think is more profitable? Well, as far as I am concerned, I am yet to ibvest in real estate.

I am yet to invest into real estate. But from what I know from my studying and listening, real estate property seems to be the most profitable real estate investment. This is simply because property grows in value overtime. This is a long term investment though, you have to be patient in it.

Purchasing property directly is risky for those who are vulnerable like senior citizens, single women. Powerful people, especially politicians, government employees may harass them, burgle their home, to force them to sell the property cheaply.

Real Estate Investment Trust invests in securities similar to real estate mutual funds, real estate developing companies are generally run by companies or developers. I prefer to invest in real estate properties where we can also directly occupy the property as a residence or rent it out.

I have not invested in any though, investing in lands is also a great investment, lands are usually very Lucrative and the price tends to go up over time .

I came to know about one option that is getting slowly popular where we can invest in Real Estate like we Invest in shares and can even invest in small lots.

I don't know if it is the most profitable because Gold is also very profitable when you invest in it. I just believe that it depends on choice and it also depends on the property itself
