Disconnecting from Technology

Do you think we should regularly disconnect from technology? Do you normally try to do this or are you always connected?

Yes but its very difficult to disconnecting

Yes, I try to do this. I leave my smartphone for a few hours once I reach home from work and spend some time with the family and trust me, it relieves stress.

It's very important for one's life. It gives one the time to socialise and have time with family friends and relatives for the social life which is something very recommended.

That's true, we have been living in a culture these days where every family member has a phone in his/her hand and don't talk to others. We should change our habits for a better life

Technology is very essential for one's life. Yeah It gives one the time to socialise as you can always be online to interact with others and have time with family friends

Technology is all up in our faces. Not possible to disconnect from it.

I always stay connected in case someone want to get in touch with me. But I do not use my smartphone or laptop to browse the internet or on social media all the time. I love reading, listening to music and playing musical instruments.
