Here only forex traders are requested to pay tax. But since the law has just been recently put in place not. Alot of them have registered but they continue to make a lot of money online. As for me, I dont pay tax

I don't know about others but for me I'm not paying tax for my online activities.

It appears that the paypal, or online income is not tracked in most countries, especially for salaried persons. However, for some individuals who are closely monitored, it is better to declare all the online income, to avoid exploitation and slander later.

It is not possible to tax my earnings on posting on forums because I receive my full payment and no deduction.

Not in my country. no body taxed your online earning. At this for now.

It is necessary for someone who is receiving salary from companies to pay taxes and and I think it's applicable to all countries.

Probably, they deduct the tax as part of the bank charges. It is possible it is done that way but I would never intentionally pay tax from earnings from forum posting.
