During my school days, I always wondered how do personnel in Human Resource Department plan. It is impossible that they won't do this. Do you have any ideas about it?

Those personnel in the HR in the university where I work seem do to have a plan to make their work easy so that people will be paid accurately especially the part ttimers.

They should have plans. I think they have both schools or work place, the corporate. They should lay out plans before the start of a new academic or school year for schools. At work, they should prepare their labor code, labor book and should be equipped with knowledge about workforce and others.

They plan very well and I think apart from the manager or the director of the company they are also one of these sole plan makers

I think, based from what I saw in the company that I have worked with, each human resources personnel, is regularly undergo with trainings, so I guess, part of it is to always plan their role in the company.

I doubt there's any one that don't plan. So I think the plan both in their private and public life it planning all the way.

Yes and I also know that they are the ones in charge of employing people in the company and that is why if you go for an interview people that will run the interview for you are people in the human resources department

Definitely , they must have a plan . Their work is solely on managing and making critical decision about human resource. They must have code of operation and policies guiding them.

Not so sure though but i believe persons in this department usually go through lots of training and also pick on different courses and classes just to be able to function in this department.

Every aspect of the business must plan and there should be a good plan on ground for the business is to strive.
You are right that every department in a company needs to plan. They can create plans within their departments' needs. Then, they can execute them without any shortcomings as much as possible.

I also do hope that they are equipped in terms of designing appropriate series of trainings for their employees. There are times that they are not well-informed and techy when it comes to this concern.

Other than recruitment and hiring, Human Resources Department is also responsible to develop training program for employees; managing employer and employee relationships; overseeing disciplinary actions; keep updated on salary trends and organize recreational activities. To perform these functions, the Department needs to do appropriate planning.

Even when they are majorly concerned with recruitment and management of staff, they have budgets that are related to recruitment methods as regards advertisement, publicity and training. No part of an organization that doesn't plan.

Of course why not they will always plan. Though this is a department for recruitment and hiring, Human Resources Department is also out to have concrete plans that will help the employees
